Here are my terms & conditions of trading.

By placing an order you are agreeing to these terms & conditions.

Trading name: Gift and Craft Shop

Telephone: +44 7711530156

When I receive your order, you will receive confirmation of the order [this begins the Purchase Contract] clearly stating:

  • What you have ordered

  • The total cost of your order

  • Delivery and returns information

  • Contact information

Orders can be placed using most major credit and debit cards.

I handle all orders myself and take great care when wrapping and packaging your things.

I have taken a lot of time over carefully curating a range of gifts and craft kits.

Many items have been hand crafted by local makers who create items that are beautifully different.  Please do consider this when you are ordering. It's the absence of uniformity that gives each piece its personality and value. I hope you will agree.

I will endeavour to ensure accuracy across the website at all times but accept that occasionally there may be mistakes (we’re human after all!). Please accept that any errors are absolutely unintentional.

However, if goods are no longer in stock, if there is a pricing error or a delivery issue, I will let you know as quickly as I can. I will suspend your order, contact you about the changes and wait for your agreement to go ahead.

We really hope this won’t happen…but if you do find that goods are faulty please EMAIL US IMMEDIATELY [] so that we can do our best to put it right. If we are able to replace the item we will do so as fast as possible, alternatively a refund will be made in full. You will not incur delivery charges where goods are deemed faulty.

Faulty goods must be returned within 14 days of receiving it.

Purchase of items sold during any 'Sale' is final. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on Sale items.

I want you to feel safe when you shop with me. It is therefore in my interest to make sure that your personal information is treated carefully and with respect.  I will do my utmost to make sure this is the case. Below is my Privacy Policy.
