I use usually use Royal Mail to deliver Gift and Craft parcels to within the UK only.  Delivery usually takes 3-5 days. If you need your parcel urgently, or delivered outside the UK, get in touch (rachel@giftandcraftshop.com) and I will do everything I can to help.

I hope you will be delighted with your order when it arrives but if, for any reason you are not, you may return it unopened, undamaged and in saleable condition within 28 days of receipt.  You will be refunded your total order value, excluding any postage cost.
